SpaceMatch provides an online platform that connects guests seeking event and workspace venues with hosts who offer such spaces. We facilitate the quote request and booking process between guests and hosts.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of SpaceMatch, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting quote requests.
  • Comply with the terms and conditions set by individual hosts.
  • Make timely payments as agreed upon in accepted quotes.

5. Host Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate descriptions and pricing for listed spaces.
  • Respond to quote requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the quality and safety of listed spaces.

6. Fees and Payments

SpaceMatch may charge service fees to hosts and/or guests. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual hosts and will be communicated at the time of booking. SpaceMatch is not responsible for disputes arising from cancellations.

8. Limitation of Liability

SpaceMatch acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of listed spaces. Users engage with each other at their own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

SpaceMatch reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
